Hi, I’m Tiasha Hewick, founder of Tiasha's Career Coaching and Resume Services.
My career journey didn’t begin with a clear roadmap. I grew up in foster care and had to learn how to navigate the professional world largely on my own. Over time, I built my career from the ground up, moving from entry-level roles into positions focused on healthcare operations, clinical documentation quality, and remote healthcare systems.
Along the way, I gained experience working with major electronic health record systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Allscripts, and later worked with Nuance Communications and Microsoft supporting AI-powered clinical documentation solutions used by healthcare providers across the country.
Today, I help women strengthen their resumes, position their experience more effectively, and pursue better career opportunities.
