Hi, I’m Tiasha Hewick, founder of Tiasha’s Career Coaching and Resume Services.
My career journey didn’t begin with a clear roadmap. Like many women, I had to learn how to navigate the professional world step by step, often figuring things out the hard way.
I grew up in foster care and didn’t have the kind of guidance or professional network that many people rely on when building a career. Because of that, I had to learn early how to advocate for myself, develop resilience, and create opportunities where none existed.
Over time, I built my career from the ground up.
I began in entry-level roles and gradually worked my way into positions focused on healthcare operations, clinical documentation quality, and remote healthcare systems. Along the way, I gained experience working with major electronic health record systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Allscripts.
One of the most impactful chapters of my career was working with Nuance Communications and Microsoft as a Senior Quality Documentation Administrator, where my team supported the implementation of an AI-powered clinical documentation solution used by healthcare providers across the country.
Today, I work remotely in healthcare operations while also pursuing my passion for helping other women navigate their own career paths.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped colleagues, friends, and professionals rewrite their resumes, prepare for interviews, and position themselves for better opportunities. What started as informal help quickly turned into something much bigger: a desire to create a space where women can receive practical guidance, encouragement, and tools to move forward in their careers.
My Mission
My mission is simple:
Empowering women to build confident, stable, well-paying, and fulfilling careers by helping them communicate their skills, navigate career transitions, and confidently pursue new opportunities.
Career growth is rarely a straight line. There will be setbacks, pivots, and moments where you question your direction. I know that firsthand.
But I also know that with the right strategy, support, and mindset, women can create incredible opportunities for themselves.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed with job searching, or unsure how to present your experience, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m here to help.
If you’re preparing for new opportunities or want to improve how your experience is presented, I’d love to help.
I understand how overwhelming career growth and job searching can feel, especially when you’re trying to present your experience clearly and confidently.
My approach is focused on helping you communicate your professional value in a way that hiring managers and recruiters immediately understand.
When we work together, my goal is to help you:
✅ Present your experience clearly and professionally
✅ Highlight the strengths and achievements that set you apart
✅ Position yourself confidently for new opportunities
✅Navigate career transitions with strategy and clarity
Every resume and career path is unique. That’s why I take the time to understand your background, your goals, and the types of opportunities you're pursuing.
